FAMILY FEE

Admission to Hillcrest Christian School family fee is required.  The non-refundable and non-transferable $300 family fee is a one-time fee and enables all children in one family to attend the school.  New families enrolling must pay the membership fee in full during enrollment.

FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE

An annual non-refundable and non-transferable enrollment fee, assessed per family and based on the oldest student’s grade level, is due at the time of re-enrollment for returning students and at enrollment for new students.

STUDENT FEE

Each student is assessed a non-refundable and non-transferable fee that includes expenses for textbooks, technology, campus maintenance, and student admission to all HCS home athletic events. Student Fees must be paid within 120 of enrollment in order for your child to start school.

TUITION

MONTHLY BANK DRAFT PLAN

 K3 Annual Tuition: $3150 Monthly Tuition: $315 (10 months /Aug – May)
 K4 Annual Tuition: $4020 Monthly Tuition: $335 (12 months / June – May)
 K5- 12th Grade Annual Tuition: $6300 Monthly Tuition: $525 (12 months / June – May) 

 

 Monthly payment is determined by the payment plan set up.
 K-3 monthly bank draft plan based on 10 bank draft payments beginning August 1.
  K-4– 12th grade monthly draft plan based on 12 bank draft payments beginning June 1.

 

TUITION DISCOUNTS:

A 3.5% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED IF 100% OF ANNUAL TUITION IS PAID BY JUNE 1.

 

After 2 children, families receive discounts as outlined below: 
Third Child - 10% discount 
Fourth Child - 15% discount 
Fifth Child - 20% discount 
Sixth Child - 30% discount 
Seventh Child - 40% discount 
Eight Child - 50% discount

 

COUGAR CARE:

Registration fee: $50
School Year Rate: $170/month
Summer Rate: $125/week
  • A $50 LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY PAYMENT RECEIVED 10 DAYS AFTER DUE DATE. CARRYING A BALANCE FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD'S BEING DISMISSED.
  • A $30 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS OR DRAFTS. 

 

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Students are registered for the entire school year. Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Business Office stating the reason for withdrawal. The withdrawal request will be submitted to the School Board for approval of financial obligations to be no less than the following pay schedule:

Withdrawal on or before May 31, 2022           Full Release of Tuition Obligation

Withdrawal June 2022 - Quarter 1                100% 1st 9 Weeks Tuition is Due

Withdrawal during Quarter 2                       100% 2nd 9 Weeks Tuition is Due

Withdrawal during Quarter 3                     100% 3rd 9 Weeks Tuition is Due

Withdrawal during Quarter 4                      100% 4th 9 Weeks Tuition is Due

Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Business Office stating the reason for withdrawal.

Hillcrest will have sole discretion in determining the financial obligations remaining in situations where the school initiates the withdrawal of a student (i.e., expulsion, etc.).
