Tuition & Fees
Admission to Hillcrest Christian School is by membership only. The non-refundable and non-transferable $650 membership fee is a one-time fee and enables all children in one family to attend the school. New families enrolling only in K3 are not required to pay a membership fee until the student enters K4. Students entering K5-12th grade must pay the membership fee in full during enrollment.
There is currently no testing fee for admission. Contact our counselor to test.
FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE
An annual non-refundable and non-transferable enrollment fee, assessed per family and based on the oldest student’s grade level, is due at the time of re-enrollment for returning students and at enrollment for new students.

$475 per family K5-12th Grade
Each student is assessed a non-refundable and non-transferable fee that includes expenses for textbooks, technology, campus maintenance, yearbook, and student admission to all HCS home athletic events. This fee does not include workbooks and lab fees. Student Fees must be paid by August 1st in order for your child to start school.

MONTHLY BANK DRAFT PLAN
K3 Annual Tuition: $3150 Monthly Tuition: $315 (10 months /Aug – May)
K4 Annual Tuition: $4020 Monthly Tuition: $335 (12 months / June – May)
K5- 12th Grade Annual Tuition: $5700 Monthly Tuition: $475 (12 months / June – May)
K-3 monthly bank draft plan based on 10 bank draft payments beginning August 1.
K-4– 12th grade monthly draft plan based on 12 bank draft payments beginning June 1.
A 3.5% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED IF 100% OF ANNUAL TUITION IS PAID BY JUNE 1.
- A $50 LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY PAYMENT RECEIVED 10 DAYS AFTER DUE DATE. CARRYING A BALANCE FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD'S BEING DISMISSED.
- A $40 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS OR DRAFTS
Students are registered for the entire school year. Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Business Office stating the reason for withdrawal. The withdrawal request will be submitted to the School Board for approval of financial obligations to be no less than the following pay schedule:
Withdrawal on or before May 31, 2020 Full Release of Tuition Obligation
Withdrawal June 2020 - October 2020 100% 1st 9 Weeks Tuition is Due
Withdrawal October 2020- December 2020 100% 2nd 9 Weeks Tuition is Due
Withdrawal January 2021– March 2021 100% 3rd 9 Weeks Tuition is Due
Withdrawal March 2020-May 2021 100% 4th 9 Weeks Tuition is Due
Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Business Office stating the reason for withdrawal.
Hillcrest will have sole discretion in determining the financial obligations remaining in situations where the School initiates the withdrawal of a student (i.e., expulsion, etc.).
