After January 1, 2008, all students and their parents should file the FAFSA on line. This must be done by every one even thought you may not be needing any type of financial aid or scholarships. It is required by all incoming Freshmen at every college. The FAFSA can not be submitted until the parents' 2007 income tax is filed. Go to: www. FederalStudentAid.ed.gov to file on-line. Or call 1-800-433-3243 to request a paper copy to file by mail.
